To ensure prompt processing and shipment of orders, we can only accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please use our contact form (Contact Us) and select the ‘Cancel order’ subject. Please provide the correct order number to ensure smooth processing. Requests without a correct order number cannot be processed. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card payments will be refunded to your card, while PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may place a hold on the refunded funds for 1-3 days, which is beyond our control.
Refunds & Reshipments:
You may request a refund or reshipment for ordered products under the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt: If you do not receive your order within the guaranteed time frame of 50 business days.
- Wrong item: If you receive an incorrect item.
- Timely cancellation: If you cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase.
If you decide that you do not want the received product, you can return it within 30 days at your own expense. The item must be unused. Please provide us with a working tracking code and the name of the shipping company to track the return shipment. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund. Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Factors within your control: If your order does not arrive due to factors such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
- Exceptional circumstances: If your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as failure to pick up the package, customs issues, or delays caused by natural disasters.
- Cancellation after 6 hours: If you cancel your order after the 6-hour window.
